Yin Yoga is a meditative, slow paced style of yoga with longer held asanas (poses) and the practice of pranayama (breath work). We gently “stretch” the connective tissues (ligaments, tendons, fascia, bones & joints), all while going deep into the mind to settle any unnecessary chatter.
