A lifelong student, in 2021 Whitney received transmission of the 14 Mindfulness Trainings and was ordained into the Order of Interbeing at Plum Village Monastery with the Dharma Name, True Spring Fruits.
Whitney brings to her classes a sense of compassion and understanding for each student’s individuality, as she believes yoga is for everyone and should be made accessible to all. Her classes focus on unifying the mind and body, while strengthening both.
